Monday through Friday starting around 5:30am.
Work with a team of Meat Cutters to complete inventory stock & customer orders.
We process beef, pork, & poultry to customers desired spec and piece counts.
We operate a weekly grinding schedule.
Knife skills are strongly encouraged.
Cutting room is USDA inspected
