Responsibilities:

Deal blackjack games at private parties, corporate events, and special occasions Create a fun, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for guests Explain game rules to beginners and ensure fair play at all times Manage chips and table activity with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

Prior experience dealing blackjack (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate) Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and reliable transportation Must be available to work weekends Ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced environment
