Dealer

Summary Responsible for performing all dealing services at assigned table. Duties/Responsibilities Maintain ongoing inspection of cards to ensure the security and integrity of the assigned table. Operate and conduct game at assigned table. Ensure compliance with Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission regulations, internal controls, and all Table Games policies and procedures. Exchange cash for gaming chips in accordance with procedure. Provide guest service in accordance with the Soboba Service Standard. Apply positive communication and interpersonal skills with guests (internal and external) at all times. Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.

Education / Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age, or older. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America. Certificates, licenses and registration Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license. Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
