Table Games Dual-Rate Dealer / Floor Supervisor

SUMMARY:

Deal card games as assigned. Maintain the highest standards of customer service, game protection and integrity in the Table Games department. Work as a Floor Supervisor as scheduled.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform functions of the Floor Supervisor as assigned (see Floor Supervisor's job description Deal cards, shuffle, make change, take and pay customer bets. Communicate with customers to answer questions Implement all dealing procedures Performs other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One year dealing experience in a casino with similar betting limits and games Prior dealing experience in roulette and blackjack Ability to work effectively with coworkers and the public Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing Knowledge of effective money handling procedures Ability to make change and mentally perform basic math calculations Skilled in resolving customer and employee relation issues

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
