We specialize in bringing the full casino experience to corporate events, fundraisers, holiday parties, and private celebrations — all using funny money. No real cash gambling, ever. Just a great time. We've been a trusted name in the region for decades and take pride in delivering polished, professional events with a team that genuinely enjoys what they do. The Role We're looking for dealers to join our contractor roster for blackjack, poker, roulette, and craps. Events are typically 3 hours, held on evenings and weekends, and spread across San Luis Obispo County from Paso Robles down to Santa Barbara. This is a part-time, as-needed position. Hours are minimal and somewhat seasonal — demand peaks during the holiday season (November through January) with lighter scheduling throughout the rest of the year. It's a great fit for someone looking to pick up flexible, fun work alongside other commitments. What to Expect Events are private — corporate parties, fundraisers, holiday events, and more All gaming is done with funny money; no real cash is ever in play Professional appearance and demeanor expected at all events Tips from the hosting client are pooled and split equally among the dealing team; tips given directly to you by guests are yours to keep What We're Looking For A great personality and genuine enjoyment of entertaining people — this matters more to us than a perfect dealing resume Some experience dealing one or more of the following is a plus: blackjack, poker, roulette, craps — but we're willing to train the right person Reliable transportation to reach event locations across the region 21+ preferred Professional appearance and guest-facing communication skills Ability to maintain pace and accuracy through a full event To Apply Tell us which games you deal, how long you've been dealing, and a little about your background.
