Gaming Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Gaming Staff Member to join our team! This position is responsible for managing live blackjack tables, pig wheel and operating the jar bar for pull tabs/e-tabs in accordance with gaming regulations and organizational procedures. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain integrity in gaming practices, and create a welcoming environment for patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal blackjack in accordance with house rules and state gaming laws Operate and monitor the jar bar for pull tabs/e-tabs, including selling, validating, and reconciling Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain balanced drawers Interact with patrons in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner Ensure a clean and organized gaming area Follow all security and compliance procedures, including verification of age and proper ID Report any suspicious or irregular activity to management Support other gaming or event-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older (per state gaming regulations) Prior experience dealing blackjack or working in a gaming/bar environment is preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must pass background check and drug screening
