Description:
HBC, dba Aces & Eights Casino, is seeking energetic and motivated Dealers for Table Games and Poker to join our team. This is a crucial role within the organization, and you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing our guests with exceptional experience. No experience? No problem! We will train you in the games we offer at our casino, and you will get paid to attend our training classes. Please Note:
This is a tipped position; base salary does not include tips.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal table games and poker according to the game rules and house regulations. Ensure wagers are placed accurately before dealing cards to players. Announce the winning hand(s) with enthusiasm, collect losing bets, and pay out winning bets. Verify beginning and ending chip banks. Receive fills, distribute credits, and exchange paper money for chips. Monitor games and notify the supervisor of any concerns, misdeals, swept bets, or mis-pays.
Requirements:
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License and Badge. Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate quickly and accurately using a calculator. No high school diploma, GED, or Hi-Set required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and reach for up to 3 hours at a time. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Shift Details:
8 to 10-hour shifts available. Flexible work schedules. Day shift, swing shift, and night shift. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
