We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton. What You'll Expect Seasonal Table Games Dealers operate assigned casino table games while delivering an engaging, accurate, and entertaining guest experience during peak season. This role is responsible for managing game play, wagers, and payouts in accordance with internal controls, gaming regulations, and service standards. Season runs from early May through mid-October. Bonus payments for successful dealers who meet eligibility timelines. On-site interviews taking place at Beach Club Casino's Hampton location on Ocean Boulevard March 9, 10, 13 & 14. What You'll Do Deal assigned table games efficiently and accurately while managing bets, payouts, chips, and cards in accordance with game rules and internal controls Provide friendly, professional, and engaging guest service while explaining game rules and maintaining an enjoyable gaming atmosphere Ensure proper wager placement, accurate payouts, and secure handling of currency, chips, and game documentation Communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow dealers to maintain smooth table operations and shift transitions Identify and respond appropriately to issues, service needs, or irregularities during game play Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, or service requests Promote responsible gaming practices and maintain a safe environment Support dealers, supervisors, and gaming staff as needed during busy shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned gaming areas Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or security concerns to management immediately What You'll Bring Completion of a casino dealer training program or equivalent experience Strong mathematical skills to calculate wagers, odds, and payouts accurately Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds Manual dexterity and attention to detail when handling cards, chips, and equipment Prior casino, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus What We Require Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming license/permit Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally Ability to work in areas with bright lights, noise, and smoke
