JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Ensures integrity of games for both the players and The Nash Casino. Individually and personally responsible for customer loyalty and return visitation by building relationships through one of a kind customer interaction Accurately exchange chips for cash. Maintain the flow of the game and ensure that the rules are followed. Calculates odds for payments. Properly operates and conducts games in a professional manner Compliance with all gaming regulations. Protect gaming equipment and The Nash Casino assets. Compliance with all customer service programs implemented by The Nash Casino. Positive and professional appearance Performs other duties as assigned. Promotes outstanding guest relations. Performs all duties in accordance with The Nash Casino policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Promotes excellent customer relations by acknowledging, greeting, and conversing with customers who are actively playing the games.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2 year's experience preferred and must be able to pass an audition. High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, this includes day, swing, late-night, weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled. Must be knowledgeable and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols. Must pass all pre-screening and background checks.

Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work the entire property; to include the ability to tolerate changes in temperature. Must be able to work in an environment where smoking is permitted and can be loud with guest chatter, overhead music, and live entertainment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds with or without assistance and respond to visual and aural cues.
