Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintaining and controlling all paperwork throughout the shiftPrepares the daily bank deposit of currency, checks, coin and other itemsReplenish all other cage banks with necessary currency and coinProcess pit fills and creditsAssist guests with the completion of credit/check cashing applicationsPerforms all Guest Services representative duties and assist as neededMaintain compliance with the internal Company expectations and proceduresMaintain compliance with Gaming Regulations, ICMPs and Title 31Follows all guidelines and procedures as established by managementPromotes positive guest service by providing correct information and/or directions to guestsEnsures daily paperwork from shift is submitted to Revenue Audit at completion of shiftAssist in training new vault/main bank employeesVerifies and transfers monetary inventory from the count room inventory to the vaultProvide a positive work environment, encourage teamwork and cooperation within the department and with other departmentsPerform additional duties as assigned by Guest Services Manager and/or SupervisorEnsure proper equipment operation
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and have strong communication skillsAbility to read and interpret common financial reports and documentsMust have basic computer skills and ability to use 10-keyStrong organizational and mathematical skillsAbility to follow written and oral instructionsCommunication skills that reflect a welcoming and friendly attitude towards all guests and coworkers at all timesAbility to function as part of a team, remain calm and professional when under pressurePrevious cash handling experience preferredPrevious casino cage/guest services experience is preferredHigh School Diploma or Equivalent Work ExperienceIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesRegistered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
