Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Building and keeping games full by player and dealer developmentChip inventory while games are in actionTracking player's win or loss during course of actionDealer rotations and accountability regarding room integrityAdherence to House and Gaming rules and regulationsCoaching and developing dealersScheduling dealers to ensure player satisfaction

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

Knowledgeable in all procedures, rules, pay outs and game protection of the various game.

Must have all the skills of a dealer and an understanding of all Table GamesBasic computer skillsThe capability to stand and walkIdentification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesRegistered with Nevada Gaming Control Board
