Dealers are responsible for conducting and controlling the play of assigned games while delivering exceptional service and maintaining game integrity. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Exchange chips for currency and drop currency into the drop box using the paddle Ensure all table games equipment is in proper working condition Deal assigned games according to established procedures, including collecting and paying bets Protect the game at all times and call out required transactions to the Supervisor Verify the accuracy of all fills delivered to the table and sign for all fills Countersign markers, place and remove marker buttons, and drop marker stubs or paid‑slip copies Maintain constant awareness of players to ensure game protection Spend approximately 25% of the shift on break, as scheduled Maintain availability for scheduled shifts Deliver Caesars Entertainment's Family‑Style Service at all times SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DUAL RATE
Supervises the Table Games employees, with responsibilities including planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing guest complaints and resolving problems.
