Job Description

As a Table Games Dual Rate at Hard Rock Tulsa, you are a crucial player on our casino floor. You'll go beyond simply dealing cards; you will be the friendly face and guiding hand at the gaming table, responsible for both flawless game execution and creating a dynamic and entertaining atmosphere. This dual-rate position requires a unique blend of exceptional technical skills, keen attention to detail for security, and a leadership presence to guide fellow dealers and ensure all games run smoothly. You will be a vital resource for our guests, assisting them with gameplay while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and adherence to established rules. High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of proven experience dealing cards in a casino table games environment (MUST
KNOW ROULETTE
), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and guide the work of other employees in a professional and effective manner. Proficiency in dealing a variety of table games, including blackjack, roulette, mini baccarat, and various carnival games. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a secure gaming environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for guests. Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working in an environment with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Ability to lift objects up to 10 lbs. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing for various table games. Act as a leader on the casino floor, guiding and providing direction to other dealers as needed. Ensure strict adherence to all safety policies and procedures, reporting any potential hazards to leadership immediately. Maintain the security of all table games by performing and overseeing deck inspections and monitoring for irregular play. Accurately count and make payouts with precision, ensuring the integrity of every transaction. Act as a resource for guests, assisting them with gameplay and ensuring they understand and follow established rules and procedures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
