Job Description

We're offering a FREE Dealer Training Program that puts you on the fast track to employment. Commit to the course from August 10, 2026, to November 2, 2026, and you could leave with a job offer in hand after your final certification. This is not just a class—it's a direct path to a career as an Extra Board Table Games Dealer . Our free training program is meticulously designed to build the precise skills required for this role, transforming you from a beginner into a qualified, confident professional. In the FREE training running from August 10, 2026, to November 2, 2026 , you will gain proficiency in all core responsibilities:
Guest Service & Experience:
You will master providing the "prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing" required to create an "entertaining and efficient gaming experience."
Security & Integrity:
You will be trained in the critical responsibility of "maintaining inspection of decks and gaming equipment" and "ensuring the security and integrity of the game at all times."
Game Management & Finance:
You'll learn the essential mechanics of dealing, including "precise counts and payouts," safely "exchanging guest currency for gaming chips," and maintaining the security of all currency and chips.
Rules & Compliance:
You will be drilled on all established rules and procedures, ensuring you can "assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures." Upon successful completion of the training, you will fulfill the "Must successfully complete training in Cherokee Nation Entertainment Gaming Academy" qualification and be prepared to pass the final audition for a potential job offer. •Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week un-paid, on-site at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for training for a total of 240 hours to successfully test at completion of class. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Ability to provide a high standard of guest service. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing. Maintain inspection of decks and gaming equipment to ensure the security of the game. Exchange guest currency for gaming chips and ensure the safety of all chips and currency. Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures.
