Job Description
This is a non-supervisory position focused on providing direct service to casino guests. The dealer is responsible for maintaining the security of the game, handling currency and chips, and ensuring all players follow established rules and procedures. The work is performed in a climate-controlled environment with constant exposure to smoke and crowd noise. The role requires minimal physical exertion and the ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority. Ability to provide a high standard of guest service. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealings. Maintain inspection of decks and gaming equipment to ensure the security of the game. Exchange guest currency for gaming chips and ensure the safety of all chips and currency. Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures.
