Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Poker Dealer to join our vibrant social club team. Proficiency in PLO is needed to be considered for evening shifts. In this role, you will be the face of the gaming floor, responsible for dealing poker games with precision, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure a smooth gaming experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer service. Must be able to pass a live audition. Duties Deal poker games accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to all casino policies and game rules Manage game flow, including betting rounds, chip distribution, and payout procedures Monitor player behavior to prevent cheating or disputes, applying conflict management skills when necessary Handle cash transactions with precision, including buy-ins, cash-outs, and chip exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests professionally and courteously Communicate clearly with players and team members to facilitate a seamless gaming experience Maintain detailed records of game activity, including wins, losses, and any irregularities or disputes Experience Proven experience as a poker dealer in a casino or similar gaming environment Strong knowledge of poker rules, variations, and casino operations Excellent conflict management skills to handle disputes diplomatically Basic math skills for quick calculations related to chips and payouts Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest services in a fast-paced setting Effective communication skills to interact confidently with players and team members Experience with cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate records Join us if you're eager to bring energy and professionalism to an exhilarating gaming environment.
