Part-Time (Onsite Only) - 24 to 32 hours weekly
Pay Rate:
$17.13 per hour plus tips (no tip pooling) Position Summary The Casino Dealer is responsible for dealing assigned table games in accordance with Grand Casino policies, Washington State Gaming Commission regulations, and approved game rules. This role delivers a fun, fair, and professional gaming experience while maintaining game integrity, guest service standards, and regulatory compliance at all times. This position is onsite only and is not eligible for remote work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deal table games accurately and efficiently according to established rules and procedures.
  • Maintain full control of the game, including chips, cards, dice, and gaming equipment.
  • Clearly communicate game rules, payouts, and table limits to guests.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service to all guests.
  • Monitor play to ensure compliance with Washington State Gaming regulations and casino policies.
  • Identify and report irregularities, disputes, or suspicious activity to supervisors.
  • Handle cash and chips accurately, including buy-ins, payouts, and table fills.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional table appearance.
  • Promote responsible gaming and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Adherse to all internal controls, security procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Gaming License.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to make quick, accurate calculations.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and comply with strict regulatory requirements.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous casino or table games experience.
  • Knowledge of common casino table games (training may be provided).
  • Experience handling cash or working in a hospitality or customer-facing role. Work Schedule
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Ability to use hands and arms repetitively for dealing cards, handling chips, and operating gaming equipment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch across gaming tables as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to visually identify cards, chips, dice, and currency accurately.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a casino environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to shuffle and deal cards efficiently.
