In this role, you will be responsible for the Materials Processing Products (MPP) customer segment sales development and profitability in the region for aftermarket. You'll be managing the dealer network and regional resources to drive profitable growth, ensuring dealer aftermarket business plans align with targets. Your role also involves developing, supporting, and monitoring dealer performance, and taking corrective actions when needed. In this position, you will report to Aftermarket Sales Director, located in the United States. This position can be located in Eastern US. Please note that around 50% of business travel is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Own Aftermarket sales, margin performance and resource efficiency for North America East .
  • Manage the Aftermarket sales funnel, forecasting and demand planning for North America East
  • Develop and launch sales campaigns in conjunction with marketing and support resources
  • Develop and implement aftermarket regional strategy and regional distributor network strategy
  • Plan regional dealer business and alignment with dealer targets for Aftermarket
  • Be responsible for dealer development and performance monitoring in the Aftermarket. .
  • Identify gaps in training needs and ensure the dealers have the appropriate training, tools, and capabilities to exceed customer expectations and work as self-sufficiently as appropriate in aftermarket
  • Attend and assist with all regional/local events like exhibitions, roadshows, investments to boost aftermarket
  • Responsible for the end customer and distributor satisfaction and related processes in the region regarding aftermarket issue
Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or engineering
  • Ideally, have five (5) years of experience in a sales or sales support role, paired with a proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability .
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Are driven by KPIs and have strong sales acumen
  • Previous experience in the aggregates industry
  • Able to convey messages to multiple different stakeholders
Pay:
$100,000.00
