Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Breakfast Chef to lead the preparation and presentation of our morning culinary offerings. This role is vital in delivering an exceptional breakfast experience that delights our guests and sets the tone for their day. As Breakfast Chef, you will oversee food production, ensure food safety standards are met, and manage kitchen operations during breakfast hours. Your enthusiasm for culinary excellence and leadership skills will inspire your team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality. Supervise kitchen staff during breakfast service, providing guidance and support to maintain smooth operations. Manage inventory levels for breakfast ingredients, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure freshness and availability. Oversee food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations. Lead menu planning for breakfast offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences to enhance guest satisfaction. Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and seamless guest experiences during busy morning hours. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety standards and operational protocols. Requirements Proven experience in food production within a hospitality or restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining or catering backgrounds. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a fast-paced culinary environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation. Expertise in kitchen management, inventory control, and food service operations. Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques specific to breakfast cuisine. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Experience with banquet service, dietary considerations, and catering is highly desirable.
