This role drives food quality, operational efficiency, team development, and student satisfaction while maintaining strict budgetary and food safety standards in a high-volume collegiate environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume food service operations Preferred experience with contract food service providers within a university or campus setting Strong knowledge of food cost controls, large-scale production, and food safety compliance Responsibilities Oversee daily culinary operations across dining halls, and campus catering Develop diverse, student-focused menus while maintaining budget and quality standards Lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams to ensure consistency, safety, and operational excellence
