Comprehensive benefits package; open to relocation The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for a university dining program, overseeing multiple outlets, residential dining, and catered events. This role drives food quality, operational efficiency, team development, and student satisfaction while maintaining strict budgetary and food safety standards in a high-volume collegiate environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in high-volume food service operations Preferred experience with contract food service providers within a university or campus setting Strong knowledge of food cost controls, large-scale production, and food safety compliance Responsibilities Oversee daily culinary operations across dining halls, and campus catering Develop diverse, student-focused menus while maintaining budget and quality standards Lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams to ensure consistency, safety, and operational excellence
