• Experience in a full service kitchen

• salad Prep, cutting vegetables, preparing appetizer plates, washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, stocking vegetables and seafood, maintaining an organized work station
• Opening hours Monday-Friday 11-2 am, 5pm-9pm, planning on: Saturday 5pm-9pm, Sunday 11am-3pm Kitchen members arrive at 3pm on weekdays and 10am for weekend day shifts
