Job Description

Job Summary Are you interested in learning how to cook on a wok? How about being part of a kitchen that runs unlike many others? We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a commitment to food safety. If you're looking to grow your skills on the line, apply to be considered. Experience cooking with a wok is encouraged but not required. Serious applicants only! Responsibilities Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Engage in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during catering events and banquets. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in all dishes served. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Participate in special events, catering functions, and fine dining experiences as needed. Familiarity with knife and prep techniques preferred.
