Responsibilities Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Engage in daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and ordering supplies. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during catering events and banquets. Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation in all dishes served. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Participate in special events, catering functions, and fine dining experiences as needed. Familiarity with knife and prep techniques preferred.
