Inspire the Team! Elevate Every Plate! We're seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a chef-driven kitchen where quality, creativity, and hospitality are at the center of everything we do. As the second-in-command of the kitchen, the Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily operations, develop team members, maintain exceptional food standards, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding dining experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in every aspect of the kitchen. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of food and beverage menus Produce and oversee high-quality dishes that meet presentation and flavor standards Ensure efficient kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency Support the Executive Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and daily kitchen management Lead service and step into the Executive Chef role when necessary Manage, coach, train, and motivate kitchen team members Create staff schedules and evaluate team performance Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Control food costs, minimize waste, and maintain profitability goals Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Resolve challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining composure under pressure Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment Strong understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and kitchen operations Proven leadership and team management experience Ability to thrive under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls Familiarity with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant management software Commitment to culinary excellence and continuous improvement Culinary degree or related certification is a plus Benefits Health Insurance Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Generous Employee and Guest Dining Discounts at All Restaurant Locations Paid Vacation and Sick Time Opportunities for advancement within a growing restaurant group A collaborative culture focused on culinary innovation and professional growth Why Join Our Team?
