This role is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen, bar, banquet, and Food & Beverage operations Plan and execute menus, including specials and seasonal offerings Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships Supervise and train staff; manage scheduling and labor costs Ensure timely food production and service standards Maintain portion control, quality, and presentation standards Develop beverage programs including pricing and inventory Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability Enforce sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service standards Ensure compliance with all regulations Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary and Food & Beverage operations Strong leadership and operational management skills Required Certifications ServSafe Manager Certification Arizona Title 4
Alcohol Certification Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Eligible to work in the United States Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
