Develop and execute menu strategy alongside ownership and operations. Build kitchen systems, standards, and SOPs. Hire, train, and develop BOH team members. Manage labor, inventory, and kitchen efficiency. Maintain consistency and quality across all service periods. Support future menu development and brand growth initiatives. Ideal Candidate Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in upscale, chef-driven, or hospitality-focused concepts. Understanding of Asian cuisine, sushi, robata, or fusion concepts preferred. Experience managing high-volume operations without sacrificing quality. Ability to build culture and mentor kitchen teams. Financially disciplined and operationally organized. Pre-opening experience is a plus. Open fire cooking experience. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
