Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of professional baking experience, preferably in a high-volume bakery or production kitchen. Current Food Handler's Card required. Passion for baking with a strong desire to continuously learn, grow, and refine your craft. Dependable, responsible, and able to maintain consistent quality standards. Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and perform independently when needed. Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working early morning shifts and maintaining production schedules. Strong attention to detail, organization, cleanliness, and kitchen safety practices. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Proven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and desserts Skilled in cake decorating, baking techniques, and food presentation Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with food production, catering, or restaurant environments preferred Excellent knife skills and proficiency in cooking, baking, and food preparation methods Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work efficiently under pressure Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or culinary setting is highly desirable Join us as a Pastry cook and bring your culinary artistry to life!
