In this vital role, you will assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a vibrant, efficient work environment. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and food safety will help craft memorable culinary moments for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while leading a talented team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Duties Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service standards Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement in culinary skills Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize resources Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all kitchen activities Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and catering events to deliver innovative and high-quality dishes Oversee shift management, including scheduling, training new team members, and maintaining a positive work environment Monitor dietary requirements and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with health standards Experience Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment with a focus on fine dining or catering services Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with banquet operations, dietary department protocols, and inventory management systems Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent team management and communication skills Experience in food service management roles within the food industry or restaurant settings Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to the hospitality sector Prior involvement in menu planning, shift coordination, and catering event execution is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary expertise drives excellence!
