RELOCATION JOB

Monterrey, CA The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring the highest quality preparation of fine cuisine in the restaurant and special parties. Sous Chef Required Skills Five years of luxury resort or hotel experience. Two years' experience as a Sous Chef. Unexpired Food Safety certification. Broad knowledge of varied cuisines and ability to integrate regional ingredient to menus. Ability to present cooking demonstrations. Sous Chef Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of daily food orders. Check the quality of daily specials before service. Interacting with guests regarding special needs and requests. Able to maintain a professional attitude in a high-volume environment. Willingness to adjust schedule based off levels of business
