Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft exceptional dining experiences, oversee kitchen , cookm healthy nutrtional measured food and inspire culinary excellence across all facets of our establishment. The job is hands on cooking and cleaning as well as As the driving force behind menu development, food quality, and cooking different healthy meal plans , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our reputation for outstanding cuisine and hospitality. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a comprehensive background in fine dining, catering, and food management. Responsibilities Cook meals for the clients catering style. measure and package evening and weekend meals for when you are not there. Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and cost control. Oversee food production processes, including food handling, preparation, and plating to ensure excellence in every dish served. Manage inventory control and procurement to optimize food costs while maintaining freshness and quality. Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision planning and flawless execution. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the kitchen environment. Collaborate with management on shift planning, staffing schedules, and operational improvements to maximize efficiency. Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments. Proven supervising experience within high-volume kitchens or hospitality settings. Demonstrated expertise in banquet operations, catering, and large-scale food production. Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety standards across diverse cuisines. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward shared goals. Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations management. Familiarity with restaurant management systems, food service management practices, and inventory control procedures. Excellent cooking skills complemented by a thorough understanding of food handling and safety protocols. Pay:
$62,861.80 - $70,000.00 per year
