In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, from menu development to food safety, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a strong background in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and inspires their team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Duties Lead the planning and creation of innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence. Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize resources. Oversee dietary department functions, ensuring all meals meet dietary restrictions and nutritional standards. Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in timing and presentation. Supervise kitchen staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and health regulations across all kitchen activities. Requirements Proven experience in food industry roles such as chef de cuisine or executive chef, with a strong background in fine dining or hospitality settings. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing diverse culinary teams in high-volume environments. Familiarity with inventory management systems, cost control, and food service operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote teamwork. Experience with banquet service, catering, and large-scale food production is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of food safety practices, dietary requirements, and restaurant experience standards.
