Our ratings are high. We earned that by consistently producing good quality food quickly and having great front-of-house staff. Cooks must be proficient with a wok. Cooks should know or pick up quickly the ingredients for Cantonese and Thai dishes. Currently we are open 7 days a week. Need 2-4 cooks, two of which must be able to be lead in the kitchen. Lead knows all the dishes and oversees the management of the kitchen. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Our head chef will work with you for some training regarding the recipes. Ensure that all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Food safety manager certificate or willing to get one (we will pay for the training) is a plus. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment. Support the culinary team in maintaining high standards of quality in food preparation. Requirements Experience as a line cook or lead chef or similar role in an Asian restaurant setting with wok skills. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. If you are a certified food manager, let us know. If you are interested in the training (and the training is available in multiple languages) we will pay for it. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. You must have good transportation. You need to be able to get to work on time and reliably. English is helpful but not necessary, Thai is also spoken in the kitchen. Working Interview - What to

Initial Screening will begin with the owner. Looking for good work ethic. Candidates will then go on to a paid working interview. You will want to read our menu ingredients on our website and get a good sense of what we put in each dish. We're looking for people experienced in these cuisines.
