In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, lead food preparation efforts, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage kitchen workflows, and contribute to a vibrant hospitality setting where teamwork and excellence are celebrated. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes served Lead food preparation activities, including cooking, plating, and presentation, adhering to established recipes and standards Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency Oversee food safety practices in compliance with health regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Assist with menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and aligned with guest preferences Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques, safety protocols, and service standards to foster a cohesive team environment Coordinate with catering and banquet departments for special events, ensuring timely and high-quality food service Experience Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a professional kitchen environment Extensive culinary background with fine dining experience preferred Demonstrated knowledge of food industry best practices including food safety, handling, and sanitation standards Experience managing inventory control systems and food production processes Background in banquet service, catering, or large-scale event preparation is highly desirable Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and promote a positive work environment Familiarity with restaurant management operations such as shift management, menu planning, and food service coordination Join us if you're passionate about culinary excellence, thrive under pressure, and are eager to lead a talented team in delivering memorable dining experiences.
