Job Description
Working alongside the Executive Chef at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Chef De Cuisine who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the planning, directing, controlling, coordinating, and participating in the daily activities of food preparation for The Kitchen.

- Ability to lead and manage a large team effectively.
- Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guests and meets exacting standards.
- Assists with motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling team members.
- Assists the Executive Chef to ensure the Hotel's high standards are maintained and improved upon. General Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- 4+ years of experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
- International cuisine experience
- An open and flexible schedule with the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships to ensure an exquisite dining experience for all hotel guests
