Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and talented chef to join our team to lead the kitchen staff and assure quality standards while ensuring the financial success of the BOH department. This individual will work closely with the GM and ownership to lead the kitchen team to success through coaching, supervision, training, and accountability. We are open to a capable and enthusiastic Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career as well! Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as a chef in a high volume chef driven concept
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the desire to inspire and manage a diverse kitchen team.
  • H igh attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle the pressures of a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proficient in MS Office and restaurant software programs.
  • Strong understanding of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in Asian cuisine is ideal Physical Aspects of the Role
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
