We are growing and looking for a strong culinary leader to oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations. ■ The Role The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for leading all back-of-house operations at Kalbi Social Club, ensuring excellence in consistency, quality, profitability, and team development. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on the daily mastery of service, prep, staffing, training, and reporting. As the primary authority in the kitchen, you are the owner of the BOH culture, the culinary identity, and the kitchen P&L. ■ What You'll Do Lead the full BOH operation Collaborate with FOH leadership to optimize guest experience and service flow Hire, train, coach, and develop BOH team members and kitchen leaders Manage labor strategy, staffing structure, and accountability to hit productivity targets Maintain food quality, standards, and execution consistency. Execute standardized recipes, yields, and portion controls. Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards Implement systems, SOPs, and prep standards to improve efficiency and consistency Drive operational performance and financial targets. Oversee kitchen audits, inspections, and performance reviews Manage equipment maintenance and kitchen organization Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training programs Support new store openings or menu rollouts ■ What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in a Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine / Executive Sous / Kitchen Manager role Experience with Korean cuisine required Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory systems, and labor management Proven leadership and team development skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment ■Compensation & Benefits Salary:
