We're searching for skilled
Sous Chefs:
the kind of chefs who can plate with finesse and hustle while also jumping into the beautiful chaos of a restaurant opening with knives ready and standards high. Job Overview We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen. Ideal candidate will have stable tenures, strong attention to detail, track record of mentorship and managing teams under pressure and passion. Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation
  • Oversee kitchen staff and ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Requirements
  • Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Experienced and able to expedite an average of 350 covers dinner service
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures
  • Experience in banquet, catering, or dietary department operations is a plus
  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Reliable and predictable attendance
Pay:
$70,304.00
  • $75,000.
