Known for our commitment to exceptional seafood, quality ingredients, and warm hospitality, we're seeking a chef who loves leading people just as much as they love great food. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong culinary leader who enjoys mentoring teams, collaborating on creative menu ideas, and helping drive the continued success of a well-established, chef-driven restaurant. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth, organized service Train, mentor, and develop cooks and sous chefs Work closely with the Chef/Owner on menu development and seasonal features Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and labor costs Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture Help achieve operational and financial goals while supporting the growth of the team What We're Looking For Strong seafood knowledge and a genuine passion for seafood cuisine Experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar leadership role in an upscale restaurant Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a kitchen team Strong organizational and administrative skills A creative, collaborative approach to menu development A hands-on leadership style and commitment to excellence A desire to mentor others and help team members grow in their careers Compensation & Benefits Base Salary up to $115,000 Performance Bonus Program Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Benefits Package Restaurant Closed Two Days Per Week Five Dinner Services and One Brunch Service Weekly Food Provided If you're looking for a leadership role where you'll have a voice, work with outstanding ingredients, and be part of a supportive ownership team, we'd love to hear from you.
