Job Description

Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant team in multiple roles, including SUSHI Chef, KITCHEN Chef, SERVER, and
DISHWASHER.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic food service environment that values quality, hospitality, and teamwork. Whether you have experience in sushi preparation, kitchen operations, guest service, or cleaning and sanitation, we welcome motivated candidates eager to grow and contribute to an exceptional dining experience. All positions are paid and offer a chance to develop your skills within a lively hospitality setting. Duties Prepare and assemble sushi dishes with precision, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Assist in kitchen operations by supporting food preparation, cooking, and plating for various menu items Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities using OpenTable reservations and suggestive selling techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by dishwashing, bussing tables, and ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are spotless Support host/hostess duties by greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements Skills Proven experience in food handling, food preparation, or restaurant service environments Familiarity with sushi preparation techniques and kitchen operations preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and transaction accuracy Experience working in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding food experiences!
