15% performance bonus opportunity + standard benefits; open to relocation The Executive Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for a high-volume steakhouse restaurant within a casino property in suburban San Diego. This role drives kitchen leadership, elevated food quality, and financial performance while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume steakhouse or upscale restaurant Preferred experience working within a casino or large hospitality property Strong knowledge of food cost controls, labor management, and team leadership Responsibilities Oversee all back-of-house operations, ensuring consistent execution, quality, and presentation standards Manage staffing, scheduling, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial targets Lead, train, and mentor the culinary team while maintaining food safety and operational compliance standards
