Experience:

Proven experience in a sushi restaurant setting.

Technical Skills:

High-level knife skills, proficiency in rolling, nigiri/sashimi preparation, and sushi rice seasoning.

Certifications:

Valid local food handler's license.

Knowledge:

Deep understanding of fish, sushi types, and food safety standards.

Physical/Soft Skills:

Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain cleanliness.

Customer Service:

Ability to interact with guests at a sushi bar Responsibilities Prepare and plate sushi orders efficiently during high-volume service. Maintain proper sanitation of the sushi station and equipment. Manage food inventory and stock levels.
