Qualifications Minimum 5 years management role in fine dining or luxury hotel Multi-unit experience passion for farm-to-table cuisine and ideally is familiar with Napa Valley Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations across outlets, banquets, and special events. Maintain strict control of food and labor costs. Lead, train, mentor, counsel, discipline, and evaluate culinary team members.
