Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Develop new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high quality of food preparation and presentation
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably with expertise in Indian cuisine
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train kitchen staff effectively
