We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Mediterranean restaurant and are looking for a talented Executive Sous Chef to help bring our culinary vision to life. If you are passionate about creating exceptional Mediterranean cuisine, take pride in crafting beautiful gourmet plates, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Work alongside the Executive Chef to develop and execute a creative Mediterranean-inspired menu. Prepare and present high-quality gourmet dishes with exceptional attention to detail and presentation. Lead and supervise kitchen staff while maintaining a positive, professional work environment. Ensure consistency, quality, and timely execution of every dish. Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and recipe standardization. Manage inventory, food ordering, and cost control. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold our culinary standards. Help oversee daily kitchen operations and step into a leadership role when needed. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume or upscale restaurant. Strong knowledge and experience preparing Mediterranean cuisine . Proven ability to create gourmet, chef-driven plates with beautiful presentation. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative cooking techniques. Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain one).
