Job Description
This opportunity is not for everyone. This is for the Proactive achiever who would like to run their own business. You will serve as the operating partner of a simple 2 person sandwich shop serving lunch Monday - Friday in the Downtown Financial District. The pay will be performance based, tied to profitability. We calculate food and labor costing, along with Sales averages per week,determining the bonus pay. You will be required to successfully accomplish and maintain your responsibilities to be eligible to receive the bonus pay. Daily operations including Food costing inventory labor cost Facility maintenance Health department standards Food safety Food production Scheduling Brand Standards and Operating Procedures You will be the Guest Facing, taking all orders, so "good with people" is an understatement.
