Candidates will be trained in all aspects of sushi preparation such as garnish preparation, sashimi slicing, among others, and must be able to work quickly and with precise movements to ensure the highest quality levels. Candidates need not possess prior experience working in a sushi restaurant, but must be willing to work to become skilled at the art of sushi preparation.
