Responsibilities range from preparing prep items according to our recipes, opening the line, cleaning and washing vegetables and herbs, preparing our dishes to order, keeping station clean and organized, restocking station, closing the line and cleaning of griddles/cooking surfaces and areas. Delegating tasks as needed to maintain our quality standards and sanitation. •This Malibu location will be opening by June 8, 2026.

Must Have:

Great attitude Be a reliable morning person Team player approach Basic English reading and communication skills Minimum 1 year experience as Lead Cook Ability to cook eggs properly Experience as a breakfast cook is required Food Handlers Certificate Ability to lift 50 pounds Multi-tasking skills under pressure Willingness to learn Availability range 6am-6pm
