We are currently seeking talented and passionate Sous Chefs and Executive Chefs to help lead our restaurants, hotels, and event venues throughout the South Bay. We are looking for experienced culinary professionals who thrive in high-volume hospitality environments and are passionate about great food, strong leadership, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Our culinary leaders oversee kitchen operations, develop teams, maintain quality standards, and execute everything from daily restaurant service to large-scale events, banquets, and weddings. Compensation & Benefits Sous Chef:
$75,000-$85,000/year D.O.E.
Executive Chef:
$80,000-$95,000/year D.O.E. Generous incentive program | paid medical and dental benefits | paid vacation | sick pay | free meals | free parking | opportunities for advancement | positive culture | 401(k) with match | restaurant and hotel discounts | employee assistance program | employee referral program | The Qualifications… Minimum 2 year experience as a Sous Chef (Sous Chef candidates) Minimum 3 years experience in a culinary leadership role (Executive Chef candidates) Minimum 5 years experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment Banquet and catering experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and delegation skills; leads by example Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong understanding of labor management, hiring, coaching, and team development Commitment to safety and maintaining a positive work environment Knowledge of Health Department guidelines and ServSafe certification Must be a team player and possess the ability to handle situations effectively as they arise Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. or more Open availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays Current Food Handler Card Strong culinary technique and passion for creating exceptional food Fine dining experience preferred High-volume experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Duties Leadership, training, and development of kitchen team members Work closely with culinary and operational leadership to lead and motivate staff Partner with front-of-house teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience Expedite service and maintain food quality standards Ordering and vendor management, including quality control Inventory management Labor and food cost control Menu execution and maintaining consistency across all services Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards The right applicant will have a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence.
