• We are seeking an experienced
• Executive Chef
• to lead kitchen operations in Cocoa, FL. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and leading a successful culinary team.
• Responsibilities
• + Oversee daily kitchen operations + Prepare or direct meal production to company standards + Develop regular and modified menus + Ensure recipe, portion, and presentation compliance + Complete production and waste logs + Train staff on food prep, safety, sanitation, and equipment use + Manage cleaning and maintenance schedules + Control food and supply inventory within budget + Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations + Participate in meetings and staff development programs •Qualifications•+ Associate degree or equivalent experience + 3-5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience + Hands-on chef leadership required + High-volume foodservice experience preferred + Institutional, batch cooking, or catering experience a plus + Strong knowledge of food quality, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation + Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook + ServSafe certification preferred Join a respected organization offering strong compensation, relocation assistance, and career growth.
