Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, promoting teamwork and professional development Oversee menu creation, ensuring a diverse selection that balances innovation with customer preferences and dietary needs Manage food production processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes that meet safety and cleanliness standards Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Enforce strict food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and industry best practices Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision to deliver memorable culinary experiences Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy hours while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments Proven supervisory experience leading kitchen teams effectively in fast-paced settings Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and food service management Experience managing inventory control and cost optimization within the food industry Skilled in catering operations, banquet service, and large-scale food production Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and ensure seamless kitchen operations
Pay:
$71,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
