Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire kitchen team, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment focused on high performance and continuous improvement Oversee menu planning, ensuring a diverse selection that meets guest expectations and dietary requirements while maintaining operational efficiency Supervise food preparation and presentation to uphold the highest standards of quality, taste, and visual appeal in fine dining settings Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste, optimize costs, and ensure timely availability of ingredients Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies Coordinate catering events, banquet services, and special functions with attention to detail and flawless execution Provide mentorship and training to kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food handling, safety procedures, and service standards Requirements Proven experience in banquet operations, fine dining establishments, or high-volume food service environments with a focus on leadership roles Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success in team management within the food industry Extensive culinary experience including menu planning, food production, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Knowledge of inventory management systems and inventory control practices to ensure cost-effective operations Background in dietary department procedures and catering services is highly desirable Excellent understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Prior restaurant management experience with a focus on shift management and customer service excellence Join us as our CDC Chef De Cuisine and lead our culinary team toward delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
